Who is Michael Abbott?


Michael possesses over two decades of unparalleled expertise, a rare gem among health professionals in Perth. As a Remedial Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor, and Stretch Therapist, he’s empowered thousands to conquer pain, heal from injuries, and optimise their well-being. Over time, he’s honed his methods to deliver faster and more accessible results, becoming a master in the art of effective stretching.

In early 2018, Michael embraced the Method and dedicated himself to its mastery, progressing through every level of training to ultimately become a master instructor. He personally experienced its transformative power and witnessed his private training clients achieving equally remarkable results, all eager to incorporate this method into their sessions.


  1.  As a 4 session beginner series, each class is 2.5 hours with Michael where he will introduce you to the method’s core principles and cover stretches for the entire body.


2.  Experience a personalised learning journey in three sessions. You’ll learn the method, receive expert assessments to identify areas that need attention, and have a tailored program created.

Private appointments with Michael can be claimed on private health. Working with other instructors or in the group setting are not rebatable.

You will need a thick rubber yoga mat to join the classes, we sell high quality 15mm Mats for only $55 to our clients.  We provide these for our private clients.

It is advised you wear loose but comfortable clothing so you are not restricted in your movement and to bring a water bottle.
