For New Members: What Is the Winter50 Challenge?
The Winter50 Challenge runs over three months (June, July, and August) with the goal of attending 50 classes. That’s about 4 classes a week, but don’t stress! Even if you don’t make the full 50, the real reward is simply showing up and getting that extra boost of motivation.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Push Through Winter’s Challenges: It’s easy to fall off track in winter with the cold, the dark, and the natural desire to stay cozy inside. The Winter50 Challenge helps you break through those barriers.
- Community Motivation: When it’s cold and you’re feeling a little less than motivated, the group support will keep you going. You’ll have others cheering you on and pushing you to show up, even on the toughest days.
- Finish Strong & Healthy: By the end of the challenge, you’ll feel strong and energised, setting the stage for a healthier, happier spring.

- Silver Members: Only $105 to join

For those who want to attend more than 50 classes, you can add extra classes for just $5 per class!
Life Happens Passes
We understand that life can get in the way sometimes, and you might miss a class. That’s why we’re offering 1 Life Happens Pass per month, which you can use if you miss a session. You’ll still be able to stay on track and make up for any missed classes.
Bonus FREE Baseline Test for the All New Resilience Club !!!
To make this challenge even more beneficial, I’ll be offering all participants the baseline testing for the R20 score for FREE. This will give you some real tangible information about your current strengths, weaknesses and ability level.

Track Your Progress with Our Community Chart
One of the best ways to stay on track is by tracking your progress. You’ll find a Winter50 Progress Chart posted in the studio, where you can mark off your classes and cheer on fellow challengers. It’s a fun and visual way to keep you accountable and motivated throughout the entire challenge.
Prize Draws for Top Finishers
At the end of the Winter50 Challenge, we’ll be celebrating our top finishers with some amazing prizes! We’ll be doing a prize draw for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place from those who complete the full 50 classes. Prizes include wellness goodies, fitness gear, and more—so there’s an added bonus for those who go all-in on the challenge!
What Happens If You Don’t Complete All 50 Classes?
It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress. Life happens, and you might not be able to make it to every single class. But that’s okay!
