You’ll find that many local studios no longer accept pregnant women because of the lack of training their staff has to safely and effectively serve them. However, at our studio, we regularly have between half a dozen to a dozen women either pregnant or working on their postnatal bodies.
In fact, we recently had to buy more pregnancy wedges, so we now have up to SIX in a class to accommodate all our pregnant mums. We love the fact that we’re creating a great community where women going through the same stages in life can bond.
