WHAT IS STRETCH THERAPY?
Stretch Therapy (ST) is a comprehensive system that includes stretching, fascial remodelling, strengthening, neural re-patterning, and relaxation. The goals are grace and ease, and this is experienced as enhanced awareness and elegance in movement.
We say that ST is a safe, yet extremely efficient way to improve your flexibility, but that’s only a convenient way to open the dialogue… “Stretch Therapy’s aims to increase Range of Movement where desirable, to free the body from pain, and to optimise its functions.” The Stretch Therapy method has evolved over 3 decades and more than 30,000 students.
At the Australian National University, more than 20 teachers and advanced students met every Tuesday evening, in the classes that had been running there for 27 years. They continually tested, evaluated and retested to rapidly improve the effectiveness of the Approach taught today.
How do we Offer the Method?

1 Day Workshop
Over the course of 1 day you will come way with an understanding of where the method came from, how it works, why it works and how to apply it to most areas of YOUR body.
You’ll discover where your tightest areas are, identify left to right imbalances and have some awareness of how to begin to unlock your body towards ease and grace in movement.
